Ways to improve

There is an out of use Astro area in disrepair that could be regenerated. 

The clubhouse exterior needs repainting and repairs. 

There is a covered area beside the stand with an old tin roof of poor construction that needs replacing. 

The dressing room roof is damaged in places and needs repair or reroofing as it may also contain asbestos.
